Lithia & Driveway's DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks seeks a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume Ford service department. You’ll be the primary contact for customers, schedule repairs, and present maintenance options while guiding them through the repair process.
This full-time role offers a 5-day work week with Sundays off, Monday–Friday 7am–6pm and Saturday 7am–5pm, with potential incentives. Competitive pay from $64,500 to $161,800 annually plus benefits and career growth

The annual California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
