Job Responsibilities

  • Sales of after-sales services, especially retrofit conversions to optimize existing systems, focusing on annual order budgets
  • Managing sales activities according to strategic plans for service and product sales
  • Communicating with target customers based on CRM data and installed base
  • Maintaining and updating customer, project, and installed base data
  • Preparing offers in collaboration with service specialists
  • Reviewing order documents and promptly sharing relevant information for smooth order processing
  • Weekly reporting on order intake, margins, and forecasts
  • Supporting market analysis, competitor monitoring, and identifying new sales opportunities to develop sales strategies
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments such as inside sales, project management, and order management

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field (Bachelor/Master)
  • Solid commercial knowledge and sales experience in relevant industries
  • Strong knowledge of power supply systems
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Team player
  • Fluent German and solid English skills; residence in southern Germany preferred
