Qualifikationen

Your Future Role

Our Hattingen location proudly reflects over a century of experience. As an expert in the maintenance and retrofitting of rail vehicles, we are committed to sustainability and upcycling by preserving vehicles and components instead of prematurely replacing them. This way, we conserve resources, save energy, reduce emissions, and preserve value. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Dirk Brinkmann and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

  • Apply and deploy Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement;
  • Responsible for Non-Conformity Report management and Supplier performance for a precise scope of suppliers/projects, after the product validation, the First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries;
  • Perform inspections for low-critical parts;
  • Manage Quality performance of assigned Suppliers;
  • Manage Incoming Inspection activities when appointed SQ inspection leader for the given site.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent;
  • Familiar with supplier qualifications standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, Local Standards, etc.);
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Quality, Production;
  • Knowledge in a technical field;
  • Fluent in German & English (min. level B2);
  • Experience managing supplier relationships is a plus;
  • Experience using SAP or similar computer applications.
