Role Overview

As an SEO Manager (all genders) for Flaconi in Berlin, you will focus on optimizing our online presence in the DACH market. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance our overall digital visibility and growth.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies for the DACH beauty market to boost organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
2. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Sistrix, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. Provide regular reports with insights and updates to stakeholders.
3. Lead international SEO projects, collaborating with global teams to ensure strategy effectiveness and competitiveness.
4. Drive link-building campaigns and outreach to enhance domain authority and build partnerships with industry websites and influencers.
5. Work with content teams, web developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices into website design and content.

Your profile

1. Experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, specifically in the beauty industry and DACH market.
2. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
4. Familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms (Contentful or Commerce Tools).
5. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
6. Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
