Your Role
The SCI Manager Savory plays a crucial role in supporting the Savory category strategy with a deep understanding of sensory and consumer insights. The position involves providing structured and actionable information about consumer needs, preferences, and product sensory profiles to drive business growth and innovation.
Lead the SCI agenda for the Savory category to support the annual business growth plan.
Deliver actionable insights to both external and internal clients by systematically providing information on products and consumer preferences.
Ensure consumer relevance in new product development by managing and executing research linked to innovation projects.
Plan and align sensory tests in collaboration with the sensory manager and sensory panels.
Drive insights and innovation discussions with global and international key customers.
Manage functional responsibilities related to EAME (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) SCI resources.
Oversee resource planning and activities in alignment with the EAME strategy.
About You
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sensory and consumer research.
Strong project management skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and align with various teams.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage people effectively.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
