Job Description:

Your assignment:

  1. Development of magnetic Hall sensors.
  2. Defining the sensor system and IC architecture by analyzing system requirements.
  3. Collaborating with marketing to define features and metrics of new products.
  4. Comparing technical solutions with customers.
  5. Estimating feasibility and costs with the product development team.
  6. Verifying concepts and methods through system and behavioral simulation.
  7. Defining and executing magnetic characterization.
  8. Supporting mixed-signal design and firmware engineers in defining module specifications.
  9. Participating in the definition of test methods.

Your Profile:

  1. Degree in electrical engineering or physics; specialization in microelectronics or microsystems technology is an advantage.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in developing sensor systems (HW/IC/FW/SW).
  4. Experience in system and behavioral modeling, verification, and characterization.
  5. Programming experience in Matlab, Simulink, Python, or similar environments.
  6. Experience in electronic measurements programming.
  7. Knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC design.
  8. Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.

Preferred experience and background:

  1. Experience with a sensor manufacturer, ideally in the automotive industry.
  2. Basic knowledge of magnetic Hall and/or TMR sensor technology.
  3. Experience in product development under zero ppm quality requirements.
  4. Knowledge of methods and tools for requirements management.
  5. Experience with functional safety according to ISO26262.
  6. Experience working in interdisciplinary teams within rigorous project contexts.
