Alpine Eagle in Munich is seeking a Sensor Fusion Engineer to turn real sensor data into reliable tracks and actionable situational awareness within our next‑generation C‑UAS system.
You will own components from sensor integration through testing and deployment, working with radar, EO/IR cameras, passive RF, OSINT, and other sources.
This role emphasizes hands‑on development, robust production software, and collaboration across disciplines to deliver mission‑critical capabilities.
We are developing a next-generation C-UAS Multi-Agent System that integrates sensors, effectors, and multiple agents into a coherent system for monitoring, coordination, and control. Our system combines data from radar, EO/IR cameras, passive RF sensors, OSINT, and other sources to detect, track, and understand objects and activities in real time.
We are looking for a Sensor Fusion Engineer who enjoys working hands‑on with real sensor data and takes ownership from sensor integration through algorithms, testing, and deployment. You will turn heterogeneous and imperfect sensor data into reliable tracks and actionable situational awareness.
You like getting close to the actual data and the actual system. You enjoy investigating unexpected sensor behavior, debugging complex problems, and turning experiments into robust production software.
You are proactive and take ownership. When something does not work, you investigate it, identify the problem, drive the solution, and verify that it works in the real world.
At Alpine Eagle, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity. We welcome applications from all individuals regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual identity.
