As a Sensor Expert, you will be responsible for developing nano magnetic sensors. Your role includes:
- Creating innovative solutions: Developing next-generation magnetic sensors for consumer applications in an international environment.
- Holistic development: Collaborating with global teams specializing in magnetic materials, magnetics design, electronics (ASIC), semiconductor processes, and testing.
- Taking responsibility: Overseeing sensor architecture, IP creation, and competitor analysis, considering system, market, and cost requirements.
- Fostering cooperation: Supporting communication and collaboration with internal experts and external partners, aiding agile teams.
- Driving innovation: Continuously improving and innovating to maintain a competitive edge in consumer electronics.
Candidate Profile:
- Great team player, innovative, proactive, with effective communication skills.
- Structured work style, culturally competent, with strong presentation skills and self-organization.
- 3-5 years of experience in magnetic product development within the semiconductor industry or academia, particularly in magnetic sensor architecture or system development.
- Advanced knowledge of magnetic sensors and related semiconductor technologies; familiarity with consumer electronics and MEMS is advantageous.
- Educational background: M.Eng., M.Sc., or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Proficient in magnetic sensor or MRAM development and characterization tools; aware of relevant competitors and suppliers.
- Full professional proficiency in English; German is optional.
