- As a (Senior) Web Analytics Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and implement a roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio into our organization.
- You will perform targeted analyses to derive insights that inform product development, marketing, and management decisions.
- You will be responsible for the introduction and use of Optimizely, designing and managing A/B tests, and deriving measures to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- You will ensure high data quality, develop automatic reports, establish KPIs, and measure the influence of analytics on business decisions.
- You will communicate complex issues clearly, support teams in using analytics tools, and promote a data-driven culture across the company.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience with Google Analytics (including GA4), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), Looker, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, with confidence in tools like Optimizely.
- Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate them into concrete measures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
