We’re looking for a skilled and motivated (Senior) Web Analytics Specialist to help us elevate our clients’ digital performance through smart data strategies and cutting-edge analytics solutions.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and implement analytics tracking to capture user interactions across our clients’ web platforms.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build robust tracking frameworks to monitor performance.
• Implement server-side tagging solutions to capture data beyond client-side interactions and improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities across the entire conversion funnel.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to boost website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and regulations in web analytics.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics ; knowledge of additional tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a bonus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
