Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to oversee water infrastructure project planning, design, and delivery, including treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems. You will steward long-term client relationships and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will set technical direction, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape market growth while ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifikationen

• PE registration is required.
• 15+ years leading water/wastewater design and delivery.
• Experience guiding market or regional growth strategies.
• Ability to influence at the executive level.

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects, including treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems
• Serve as a senior client partner and maintain long-term client relationships
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineers and designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field
• Professional Engineer registration
• Significant experience leading the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
• Preferred: Fifteen (15) years of experience leading market or regional growth strategies, with accountability for business development, client expansion, and delivery performance
• Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios
• Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
• Prior experience in, or strong alignment with, an employee-owned organization
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
