The Senior Vice President of Property Operations is responsible for leading and managing the performance, operations, and accountability for the F&B, Hotel, Facilities, Guest Experience, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security Departments. This includes developing budgets, operating strategies, and performance goals for each department.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and implement procedures for the efficient operation of departments including F&B, Hotel, Facilities, Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience.
• Manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors for transportation and valet services, ensuring seamless service quality.
• Prepare and manage department budgets and strategic plans effectively.
• Establish performance standards and ensure high quality, teamwork, and customer service across departments.
• Ensure safety and security for guests and staff, managing injury prevention programs.
• Represent the company as a community leader and participate in local non-profit boards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
