Qualifikationen

About the Position

As a Senior Venture Architect, you are highly involved in our venture projects and deliver innovation of the highest quality. You will work closely with our venture partners and develop new strategies and projects with a consumer-oriented approach. You are part of a diverse team of Venture Architects with different backgrounds, but also heavily involved in individual projects. A key qualification for this position is the ability to take on team responsibility and project management tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's degree, MBA or similar higher-level degree in Business Administration, or a similar course of study.
• Approx. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or in the development of a start-up company.
• Very good knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of idea management, ideally in company building.
• Ability to cooperate with customers.
• Technical affinity.
• Exceptional analytical skills (e.g., drawing conclusions from market research).
• A sustainable and proactive way of working is explicitly desired.

Your tasks

• Project work for our ventures in the phases Ideation, Conception, Incubation, and Growth.
• Identification of new trends and technologies.
• Identification and evaluation of new business ideas.
• Conceptual design and market entry strategy for new business models.
• Product quality assurance.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Interface to Venture Partner.
