Qualifikationen

At our branches in Frankfurt, Munich or Cologne, we are looking for you! A Senior UX Researcher to join our growing team and help shape outstanding customer and user experiences. You will play a key role in uncovering deep user insights through a variety of research methods—driving informed decision-making across product and service design.

Do What You Love

1. Lead and execute explorative, generative, and evaluative research across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
2. Develop research plans, interview guides, and testing protocols tailored to business and user needs
3. Plan and support user recruiting for qualitative and quantitative studies using your trusted partner network
4. Conduct and facilitate usability tests, in both moderated and unmoderated formats, remote and in-person
5. Apply behavioural design principles to understand user decision-making and experience
6. Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insight and opportunity areas that inform CX, UX, and product strategies
7. Use and manage UX research and service design tools such as Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, and TheyDo
8. Effectively manage stakeholders by setting clear expectations and communicating findings through engaging, persuasive presentations
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to embed user-centric thinking throughout the process

3. Demonstrated ability to translate research into strategic, impactful recommendations
4. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
5. Fluency in both German and English is essential
