YOUR TASKS

• You collaborate with your colleagues in the UX team to design our PAYBACK App and all digital interfaces of PAYBACK.
• The result of your work is experienced by over 30 million users in Germany alone and in 9 other countries.
• You create user stories, personas, and storyboards, and develop user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
• You test your ideas in user tests before they are being developed.
• You hand over designs to our developers and work with them to ensure a great end product.
• You are part of a team consisting of product managers, UX designers, and developers from over 10 countries.
• Your focus is on a good user experience; the user is your customer – you understand how to align customer needs and business goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of User Experience Design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• You have experience collaborating with international teams and have fluent English language skills, fluent German language skills are a strong plus.
• Ideally, you have a degree with a focus on Interaction Design, Information Design, Interface Design, Psychology, or similar.
• You are creative and have a good sense of interaction design that delights our users.
• You have a pronounced ability to manage complexity and a hands-on mentality.
• You are adept at stakeholder management.
• You master your UX design tools inside out (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC).
• You have experience with design systems.
• You enjoy addressing novel and unique problems.
• You are fluent in English, good German language skills are a big plus.
• You are willing to come to our nice Munich office for 3 days per week.
