We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the design team, responsible for team performance, delivery, quality, and completeness. You will deliver outstanding UX experiences and generate ideas for team improvement. Our design team aims to transform complex, open-source software into efficient, intuitive products that can revolutionize enterprise IT. We seek an exceptional user experience designer who shares our passion.
This role reports to a UX design manager and is based remotely in the EMEA region.
UX designers should be excellent communicators, comfortable working with engineers, designers, and executives. They must articulate their design positions clearly, tackle complex challenges confidently, and connect their leadership to the company's strategic vision.
