  4. Developing and evangelizing design systems to promote consistency and efficiency.
  5. Addressing system-level problems with interconnected constraints.
  6. Leading end-to-end design processes for various challenges.
  7. Driving Canonical design forward through a dedicated working group.
What we are looking for in you

  3. Passion and knowledge of user experience, technology, and design.
  4. Commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, flexibility, and a scientific approach.
  5. Result-oriented with a drive to complete work and celebrate success.
  6. Confidence in user research practices.
  7. Engagement with current design research and innovation.
  8. Ability to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks for company events.

UX designers should be excellent communicators, comfortable working with engineers, designers, and executives. They must articulate their design positions clearly, tackle complex challenges confidently, and connect their leadership to the company's strategic vision.

  • USD 2,000 annual learning and development budget.
  • Annual compensation review.
  • Recognition rewards, holiday leave, maternity and paternity leave.
