Reporting to the CMO, this is a hands-on role focused on scaling performance across key paid acquisition channels. You’ll start with direct ownership of 1–2 channels and may expand responsibilities if performance exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), with potential to expand based on performance. Build scalable acquisition funnels, run high-velocity testing, and improve CAC and LTV.
• Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and dashboards. Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior to inform decisions. Develop internal reporting frameworks.
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: Own creative briefs, collaborate on landing pages, and implement systems to increase testing speed. Build relationships with traffic sources for premium placements and negotiate deals. Explore new acquisition opportunities and stay updated on platform changes.
• Automation & Scaling Systems: Identify automation opportunities, create SOPs, playbooks, and pipelines for efficient scaling.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Grow the user base from 30M to 100M within 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Build and iterate creatives, collaborate on landing page and funnel optimization, and test new paid traffic sources.
• Deliver results to earn broader ownership, including more channels and mentoring responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance media, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics, tracking setups, and pixel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Voluum, GA4, and traffic sources like Meta, TikTok, Google, TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars.
• Experience with creative strategy, landing page testing, and funnel optimization.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with ownership and commitment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with uncensored content (#NSFW).
