At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior UA Manager to join one of our clients' teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment.

Reporting to the CMO, this hands-on role focuses on scaling performance across paid acquisition channels. You will initially own 1–2 channels with potential to expand if performance exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead paid acquisition channels (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), expand scope based on performance, and build scalable acquisition funnels.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Voluum, GA4, and dashboards; drive strategic decisions based on CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Manage creative briefs, collaborate on landing pages, reduce creative fatigue, and negotiate with traffic sources.
  • Automation & Scaling Systems: Streamline processes with automation, create SOPs, and scaling pipelines.
  • Challenges: Grow user base from 30M to 100M, optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and explore new traffic sources.

Requirements include 3–5 years in user acquisition or growth marketing, proven campaign scaling success, deep media buying knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Voluum and GA4. Soft skills include strong communication, ownership, adaptability, and comfort with uncensored content (#NSFW).
