At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior UA Manager to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Reporting to the CMO, this role involves scaling performance across paid acquisition channels. You will initially manage 1–2 channels, with potential to expand based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead paid channels (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), contribute to scalable funnels, run testing loops.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance with tools like Voluum, GA4, analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort data, and build reporting frameworks.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define creative hooks, collaborate with content and product teams, optimize landing pages, and negotiate with traffic sources.
  • Automation & Scaling Systems: Identify automation opportunities, create SOPs, and experiment pipelines.
Challenges
  • Grow user base from 30M to 100M in 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV.
  • Build and test creatives, optimize landing pages, explore new traffic sources.
  • Deliver results to earn broader ownership and responsibilities.

Requirements include 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition or growth marketing, proven campaign scaling success, technical knowledge of media buying, analytical skills, and experience with tools like Voluum, GA4, Meta, TikTok, Google, TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars. Soft skills include strong communication, goal orientation, a doer mindset, humility, and comfort with uncensored content.
