Reporting to the CMO, this hands-on role focuses on scaling performance across paid acquisition channels. You will initially manage 1–2 channels with potential to expand based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead paid channels like ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky; build scalable funnels; run testing loops.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Use tools like Voluum, GA4; analyze CPA, ROAS; build reporting frameworks.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define creative hooks; collaborate on landing pages; reduce creative fatigue; negotiate with sources; explore new opportunities.
  • Automation & Scaling Systems: Streamline processes; create SOPs and pipelines.
Challenges You’ll Tackle
  • Grow user base from 30M to 100M in 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV.
  • Create and test creatives; optimize landing pages; test new traffic sources; deliver results for broader ownership.

Requirements include 3–5 years in user acquisition or growth marketing, proven campaign scaling, media buying knowledge, analytical skills, experience with tools like Voluum, GA4, and traffic sources such as Meta, TikTok, Google, TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars.
