Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior UA Manager to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting growth opportunity in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Reporting to the CMO, this hands-on role focuses on scaling performance across key paid acquisition channels. You will initially own 1–2 channels and may expand responsibilities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead paid acquisition channels (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), with scope expansion based on results. Build scalable acquisition funnels and conduct high-velocity testing to optimize CAC and LTV.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance daily with tools like Voluum, GA4. Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior. Develop internal reporting frameworks for strategic decisions.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define creative hooks, collaborate on landing pages, and implement systems to increase testing speed. Build relationships with traffic sources for premium deals and explore new channels.
  • Automation & Scaling Systems: Automate processes, create SOPs, and develop pipelines for efficient scaling.
Challenges You’ll Tackle
  • Grow user base from 30M to 100M in 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Develop high-converting creatives and optimize landing pages.
  • Test new traffic sources and report results.
  • Take on broader ownership and mentoring responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in user acquisition, performance media, or growth marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Voluum, GA4, and traffic sources like Meta, TikTok, Google, TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars.
  • Experience with creative strategy, landing page testing, and funnel optimization.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
  • Goal-oriented with ownership and commitment.
