Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior UA Manager to join one of our clients' teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment.

Reporting to the CMO, this hands-on role focuses on scaling performance across paid acquisition channels. You will initially manage 1–2 channels with potential to expand based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Lead one or two paid channels, contribute to scalable acquisition funnels, and run high-velocity testing to improve CAC and LTV.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance using tools like Voluum, GA4, and dashboards; analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior; and build reporting frameworks.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Define creative hooks, collaborate on landing pages, implement testing systems, and negotiate with traffic sources.
  • Automation & Scaling Systems: Streamline processes, create SOPs, and develop pipelines for scaling campaigns.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Grow the user base from 30M to 100M within 12 months, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Build and iterate creatives, optimize landing pages, and test new traffic sources.
  • Deliver results to earn broader ownership and responsibilities.

Requirements include 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition, proven success in scaling campaigns, deep knowledge of media buying mechanics, strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Voluum, GA4, and traffic sources like Meta, TikTok, Google, TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars. Familiarity with creative strategy and funnel optimization is essential.
