welevel in Munich is seeking a skilled Gameplay/Engine Programmer to join a passionate, multidisciplinary team working on a AAA title.

You will implement core gameplay systems, prototype features, and collaborate with design and art to deliver a polished player experience using C++ in Unreal Engine 5. This on-site role in Munich includes relocation assistance and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AAA PC or console games.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
• Good knowledge of replication and event-driven programming.
• Basic understanding of the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
• Bonus: familiarity with AI systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.

Your Role

In our team, developers take care of inventory, multiplayer, building system, skills, combat, procedural world building etc. They prototype new gameplay elements and integrate them with the other team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core gameplay systems (combat, skills, inventory, building, multiplayer)
• Prototype new features and collaborate closely with design and art teams
