• Underwriting & Portfolio Management: Underwrite large industrial property risks (co- / referral underwriting) in the Global Risk sector (Automotive / Mobility, Semiconductors / High Tech / Data Companies, Heavy Industries, Pharma); support portfolio steering and optimisation, including cycle management
• Risk & Pricing Analysis: Conduct technical risk assessments and natural hazard exposure analyses; apply analytical pricing methods
• Contract Management: Draft and review insurance contracts and wording
• Strategic & Performance Contribution: Support the implementation of the profit-oriented growth strategy
• Contribute to portfolio performance reviews, conferences, and the development of KPIs and analytical tools
• Solid expertise in underwriting large industrial risks
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with actuarial pricing methods
• Proficiency in using underwriting tools
• Sound knowledge of insurance contract wordings
• Skilled negotiator, especially with demanding brokers and clients
• Experience in portfolio steering and optimisation
• Experience navigating and underwriting across various market cycles, including both hard and soft market conditions
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
