Crytek is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior UI Programmer to work with the Hunt: Showdown development team.

As a Senior UI programmer, you will help develop the tools and interaction methods required for building user interfaces. Working closely with UX/UI Designers, you will play an important role in how the UI is built and functions. The ideal candidate has experience in various aspects of game development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and optimize UI systems for consoles and platforms using CRYENGINE and Flash.
• Break down long-term goals into manageable tasks to meet project schedules.
• Complete tasks with high quality and in a timely manner.
• Write clear, maintainable, and portable code.
• Create documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
• Write technical and software design documents.
• Collaborate closely with UI Artists, UX Designers, and Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI programming experience in the gaming industry.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Flash and ActionScript.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Adobe Flash CS6.
• Experience working on UI-oriented projects, including custom controls and skins.
• Experience with game engines, preferably CRYENGINE.
• Team player, self-driven, with good communication skills in English.

Pluses
