What will you do

You will be a key asset to our 75-person international UI Design team, translating high-level concepts into visually compelling digital experiences with a keen eye for detail.

1. Lead visual design projects from early explorations through definition and production to final market launch.
2. Guide the team to explore and create innovative, client-specific design solutions from scratch.
3. Understand and manage client expectations and communication, ensuring alignment and satisfaction among all parties.
4. Create and evaluate designs with a confident sense of quality, ensuring excellent visual output.
5. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Who are you

You possess a strong design sense and adaptability to evolving projects. You enjoy collaborative work and guiding colleagues toward shared success.

What we think you need to succeed in this role:

1. A strong creative mindset with a degree in design.
2. At least 5 years of experience designing digital user interfaces.
3. Experience leading projects and guiding teams.
4. Must have: Advanced skills in Figma and Photoshop.
5. Nice to have: Skills in Cinema 4D, After Effects, ProtoPie, and/or Rive.
6. Experience in the automotive industry is a big plus.
7. Location: Across Germany, preferably near one of our offices (Berlin, Ingolstadt, Munich, or Wiesbaden) to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
8. Occasional travel may occur but is not mandatory.
9. Fluency in English.
