Summary
As a Senior UI Designer, you will be a visual architect, designer of digital experiences, and inspiring sparring partner for interdisciplinary teams. With your keen sense of aesthetics, usability, and brand identity, you will translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces—and take our customers' digital product and brand experience to a whole new level.
Description
Tasks & Impact
- You develop and design user-centered interfaces for digital products, services, and platforms.
- You are the driving force behind the further development of UI concepts, design systems, and visual guidelines (component libraries/brand guidelines).
- With your eye for detail, you ensure consistent, accessible, and inspiring user experiences.
- You will work independently on projects/sub-projects and present the results to customers.
- You will combine the interfaces of brand design, UX design, development, and strategy and ensure that design visions are implemented smoothly.
- You will contribute your experience to customer workshops and advise stakeholders.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Several years of experience as a UI designer, ideally in an agency or product environment.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Confident use of common design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with design systems, component-based work, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools and a basic technical understanding of front-end implementations.
- You take responsibility for the quality of your work—from the first scribble to the final handover.
- Ability to lead junior designers and develop their technical skills.
