Our Treasury Team is part of ABOUT YOU Finance, reporting directly to Vice President Finance and the CFO. They are managing the group’s liquidity, working capital, hedging, and funding strategies. The team supports the business by driving automation, efficiency, and innovation in treasury processes.

As Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d) , you will take on responsibility for critical areas such as foreign exchange risk management, liquidity forecasting, and financing. You will drive the further development of treasury operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of FX Hedging and Hedge Accounting under IFRS
• Automate FX trading operations and improve related processes and systems
• Support day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity management, payment processing, and TMS (Treasury Management System) administration
• Oversee and expand Trade Finance instruments and financing lines to support business growth
• Manage Intercompany Cash Pooling structures and ensure efficient internal liquidity management
• Develop and maintain treasury dashboards and KPI reporting to support data-driven decisions
• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes, drive digitalization initiatives, and implement best practices across the function

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Treasury, covering Cash Management, Liquidity, FX Management, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets
• Proficient in Treasury Management Systems and the trading platform 360T
• Familiarity with Bloomberg functions (e.g., WEI, FXIP, GP, YCRV, SWPM) and strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
• Solid understanding of Cash Flow Hedge Accounting under IFRS
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACT qualifications are a plus
• Knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
