ABOUT YOU seeks an experienced treasury professional to manage cash, liquidity and banking operations in coordination with SCAYLE Payments. You will implement FX controls, optimize policies, and contribute to financing discussions, working closely with Group Treasury. A strong finance background and BaFin-regulated experience are valued.

Based in Hamburg, the role focuses on scalable treasury structures and regulatory-compliant processes across bank accounts and treasury systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in economics/finance or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, treasury or corporate banking.
• Knowledge of treasury systems and BaFin-regulated environments is a plus.
• Independent, structured and process-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for cash and liquidity management including cash flow, monitoring, forecasting and account disposition.
• Set up scalable, regulatory compliant bank account structures and treasury processes for SCAYLE Payments.
• Manage banking processes and communications with banks in coordination with Group Treasury at ABOUT YOU.
• Implement and expand FX management control logics.
• Support treasury improvements and cross-functional projects (pricing, financing).
• Optimize treasury policies, processes and reporting.
• Conceptual and technical optimization of treasury infrastructure and bank accounting with Group Treasury.

Job Description

• Responsible for cash and liquidity management, such as cash flow and safeguarding monitoring, liquidity forecasting, and account disposition
• Setting up scalable and regulatory compliant bank account structures and treasury processes for SCAYLE Payments that come along with a payment service licensed company
• Management of banking processes, such as processing payment transactions and administration of bank accounts, as well as communication with banks in close alignment and collaboration with Group Treasury at ABOUT YOU
• Implementation and expansion of FX management control logics
• Support in further improving the treasury function and participating in cross-functional projects such as pricing of regulated services, financing mechanics etc.
• Optimization of treasury policies, processes, and reporting
• Conceptual and technical optimization of the treasury infrastructure, in particular the treasury management system, and bank accounting in close collaboration with Group Treasury

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a bachelor or master degree in economics or an equivalent field with a focus on finance and/or banking
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, treasury, and/or corporate banking
• Knowledge of common treasury management systems such as Coupa TM5 is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge of a BaFin regulated business environment
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working
