Zusammenfassung

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations to own cash and payment operations for our fast-growing e-commerce platform. You will lead a team of ~6, drive liquidity management, and partner with Finance and Tech to enable scalable, reliable payment experiences.

Candidates should have 7+ years in treasury or e-payment operations, first leadership experience, strong cash flow forecasting, ERP and payment systems experience, and a pragmatic, results-oriented

• First leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset.
• Strong cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting expertise.
• Experience with ERP and payment systems; collaboration with Tech teams.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with ambition to improve and build.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
• German language skills are a plus.

About the Role:

As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.

• Lead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
• Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT

Qualifications

About you:

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• German language skills are a plus
