An established industry player is seeking a transformational leader to drive significant change at their Flensburg production site. This role will drive Transformational Change at our Flensburg Production Site to support the site leadership. You will enable the delivery of a performance step-change across SQDCP dimensions, with particular focus on annual profitability targets, drive an increase in DBS maturity and Continuous Improvement thinking.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
To be successful in this role, you hold a university degree in industrial engineering or a similar field and have at least 10 years of experience in working in a production environment.
