Lead and manage a global organization of business owners and experts, transformation initiatives, and strategic programs such as ERP. Define and implement priorities and drive continuous improvement and resource planning. Be accountable for setting interfaces, coordinating main initiatives, and aligning Accounting and Finance Functional Strategy with our Business Services (MBS) Strategy & Transformation, MBS Service Delivery Organizations, Enabling Functions, and Business Sectors.
Key tasks include:
Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industries in multinational organizations and/or captive Shared Services/GBS organizations.
Business process design experience is preferred with S/4. A proven track record of leading and coordinating strategic initiatives within a global organization is essential.
Strong understanding of financial processes, systems landscape, and capabilities is required, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in strategy design and driving strategic initiatives is necessary. Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse internal stakeholders is critical.
Strong communication skills are essential for conveying functional strategies and influencing decision-making processes.
A strategic mindset is necessary to align FP&A initiatives with company objectives, contributing to finance transformation and long-term value creation.
Experience in managing organizational change and demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and geographies is critical.
Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are crucial for success in this role.
