Senior Manager - Operational Transfer Pricing

Location : Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

George Thomas Executive Search is working on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company seeking to enhance their leadership team with a Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing. This crucial role will be part of the Transfer Pricing team, responsible for overseeing transfer pricing processes and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of transfer pricing processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Drive the digitalisation of the transfer pricing function, including the integration of automated tools.
• Collaborate with the Director of Transfer Pricing to align strategies.
• Govern transfer pricing practices through established guidelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and Tax, with a strong focus on Operational Transfer Pricing.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the Transfer Pricing team.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Legal interface processes.
• Prior experience in a multinational organisation with 25+ subsidiaries.
