What you’ll do
  • Develop strategies to premiumize trade marketing offers through new brand collaborations and innovative initiatives.
  • Create high‑visibility sales assets with prioritized investments for each sales cycle to maximize impact at point of sale.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to design and implement in‑salon execution toolboxes for key initiatives.
  • Lead multi‑brand programs during key consumption periods (e.g., Christmas, summer campaigns), ensuring alignment across brands and channels.
  • Manage and optimize key sales materials for each sales cycle to support sales teams and drive results.
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies.
