Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in test automation across multi-layered testing (unit, integration, system, UI) and performance testing.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern test tools (Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a quality-first mindset.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing
• Build and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable test execution
• Execute stress and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
• Work closely with developers, architects, and product management to promote shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools to automate test creation, maintenance, and optimization

Requirements

• Extensive experience in test automation, including multi-layered testing frameworks, stress testing, and performance testing
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation tools (e.g., Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered automation tools, penetration testing, or regulated environments is considered an advantage
