Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as Lead QA Automation Engineer in system integrations and API testing.
• Proficiency in Playwright JS and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI native ways of working (Engineering SDLC).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and impact the team.
• Excellent communication in English; Lithuanian a plus.
• Background in manual testing is a plus; AI-driven QA experience.

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for system integrations and APIs
• Collaborate with the Head of Integrations to establish and promote best practices in QA automation
• Work closely with existing QA and AQA teams providing mentorship and sharing expertise
• Build automation solutions from scratch and educate team members on modern QA concepts and methodologies
• Perform manual testing when required to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality
• Introduce and leverage AI technologies as part of modern QA ways of working enhancing automation and testing efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer ideally in system integrations and API testing
• Proficiency in Playwright JS and TypeScript
• Familiarity with AI native ways of working (Engineering SDLC etc.)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks tools and best practices
• Capability to work independently and make a significant impact within a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language is a plus)
