  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and formulate sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Support channel sales team and execute market expansion initiatives.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas channel partners (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms) to achieve sales targets.

Conduct market analysis and research on channel dynamics; formulate sales plans / strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.

Support channel sales team development and co-execute market expansion initiatives to collectively deliver performance objectives.

Proactively address partner needs regarding products / services by delivering tailored solutions to accelerate sales velocity.

Monitor sales pipelines, analyze competitor activities, identify revenue opportunities, and report market / consumer insights.

Qualifications

A. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years channel sales experience in vaping / tobacco-alternatives industry
  • Proven track record with German channels :

FMCG (e.g. EDEKA, REWE)

Tobacco specialty stores

B. Core Competencies

  • Language fluency :

German (Native / C2) - Mandatory for contract negotiations
