Zusammenfassung

SeaRenergy is seeking an experienced tender manager in Hamburg to lead the full tendering process for offshore wind projects, from pre-qualification through to contract award, coordinating with senior management and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business or economics, several years in tender or commercial project management in offshore wind, fluency in German and English, strong Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics 365), and a proactive,

Qualifikationen

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
• Several years of proven experience in tender management, bid management or commercial project management within offshore wind.
• Experience in marine services, offshore construction, subsea, oil & gas, or related industries is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of offshore tendering procedures, commercial models and contractual frameworks.
• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial understanding of tenders, including pricing logic and risk evaluation.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ERP experience (Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Analytical, structured work style with ownership and client/stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the full tendering process for offshore and marine projects, from pre-qualification through to contract award.
• Analyse ITTs, RFQs and contract documents and define bid strategies with senior management.
• Act as a key commercial interface towards clients, partners and internal stakeholders during the tender phase and coordinate multiple teams.
• Prepare high-quality commercial and technical tender documentation in line with client requirements.
• Develop and challenge cost calculations, pricing models and commercial assumptions for offshore projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities within tenders and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead clarifications, negotiations and client communications during tender phases.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and company requirements and support process improvements.

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full tendering process for offshore and marine projects, from pre-qualification through to contract award
• Analyse ITTs, RFQs and contract documents and define bid strategies in close cooperation withseniormanagement
• Act as a key commercial interface towards clients, partners and internal stakeholders throughout the tender phaseand coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Operations, Finance, QHSE) as well as external partners such as law firms,subcontractorsand bidding partners
• Prepare high-quality commercial and technical tender documentation in line with client requirements and internal standards
• Develop and challenge cost calculations, pricingmodelsand commercial assumptions for offshore projects
• Identifyrisks and opportunities within tenders and actively propose mitigation and optimization strategies
• Lead clarifications,negotiationsand client communications during tender phases
• Ensure compliance with contractual,legaland company-specific requirements
• Support the continuous improvement of tendering processes and bid management tools

• A completed Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,Economicsor a comparable field
• Several years of proven experience in tender management, bid management or commercial project management within the offshore wind industry
• Additionalexperience in marine services, offshore construction, subsea, oil & gas or other complex project-based industries is considered a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of offshore project tendering procedures, commercialmodelsand contractual frameworks
• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial understanding of project tenders, including pricing logic and risk evaluation
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Strong analytical and structured working style,high levelof ownership and accountability, and confident communication with clients andstakeholders

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between€60.000and €85.0000.
