We are currently seeking an experienced

You will support a major German HVDC transmission infrastructure project on a freelance basis at the converter station in Bergrheinfeld. The assignment is onshore and site-based in a construction-site office environment.

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager and site team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure a structured and well-organized site office
- Collect and maintain progress information, prepare reports and presentations, attend meetings, distribute minutes and track agreed action items
- Coordinate site onboarding and arrivals, including training, documentation, security requirements, PPE, badging, site instructions and transportation
- Track personnel timesheets and working hours, maintain up-to-date personnel records and act as a central information point for the site team and visitors
- Manage general site office administration, including document and translation support, parcel handling, living-quarter administration, office facilities and supplies
- Support site operations and team activities by coordinating visits, liaising with local suppliers and contractors and continuously improving administrative processes and efficiency
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field, e.g. office management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in office administration, coordination, customer service or a comparable support function; an engineering background is not required for this role
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint, BIM360/ACC or xECM is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, as both languages are required for day-to-day communication, meetings and onboarding activities
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks, people, site visits and activities in a structured and reliable manner
- Proactive, service-oriented and communicative personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to find practical solutions in a dynamic site environment

This is an onshore position based full-time at the construction site in Bergrheinfeld. As Project Site Coordinator, you will support the Site Manager and the wider project team with the administrative coordination and day-to-day organization of site operations.
For this position, the annual base salary is based on ERA 6 and currently amounts to approximately €47,700 gross per year based on the scheduled 40-hour working week. Additional collectively agreed remuneration components and special payments apply subject to the respective eligibility requirements.
