• Analyzing complex technical topics and defining mitigations and technical solutions
• Providing technical support for Nacelles organization, especially for supplier and production quality in qualification processes and technical issues
• Defining acceptance criteria for high-complexity technical applications
• Creating and validating technical and cost improvement ideas considering state-of-the-art and market standard solutions
• Training core competencies within the organization

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change. We are also looking for someone with:

• Master’s degree in engineering
• At least 4 years of experience as a welding engineer
• Fluent English skills
