Infineon Technologies Dresden AG & Co. KG is seeking a (Senior) Technician Wafertest Probecards to maintain and repair probe cards in our advanced cleanroom environment.

You will inspect equipment, replace needles, analyze circuits, and document methods to ensure reliable operation in a high-precision manufacturing line. The role follows a three-shift cycle (three early shifts, three late shifts, then three days off) and requires hands-on dexterity, precise work, and collaboration with

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or certification as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering.
• Early career experience in maintenance or probe cards and wafer testing.
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of iCADA, APC, and OIBCC is an advantage.
• Mandatory: English and German

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Maintenance and repair of probe cards, as well as inspection and cleaning of equipment
• Replacement and adjustment of contact needles
• Analysis of electronic circuits and soldering of SMD components
• Documentation of work methods and processes
• Evaluation of measurement data for fault analysis

The work is performed in a continuous shift system. The shift pattern consists of three early shifts, followed by three late shifts, and then three consecutive days off.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Completed vocational training or certification as a state‑certified technician in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Ideally, initial professional experience in maintenance and/or in the area of probe cards and wafer testing
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of iCADA, APC, and OIBCC is an advantage
• Mandatory: English and German
