About the role

We are seeking talented individuals fluent in English and German to join our DeepTech team on a 6-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Snyk, ASOS, Portswigger, and others. We design recruitment processes tailored for rapid growth and niche roles. At Bond, there are no KPIs, targets, or BD requirements; success is measured by outcomes. Data drives our decisions, supported by a bespoke dataverse for informed choices.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Visiting clients twice a week to collaborate and build strong relationships.
  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including headhunting for niche roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
  • Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Proactively designing solutions and introducing new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learns.
  • Staying informed about market conditions and emerging trends.

Skills Required :

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Extensive technical recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
