About the role

We're seeking talented individuals fluent in English and German to join our DeepTech team on a 6-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Snyk, ASOS, Portswigger, and others. We design recruitment processes tailored for rapidly growing businesses and specialize in headhunting niche roles. At Bond, we focus on outcomes rather than KPIs, targets, or BD requirements. Data-driven decision-making is central to our approach, supported by our bespoke dataverse.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Visiting clients twice a week to foster collaboration and build relationships.
  • Developing and executing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of our talent solutions and designing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to work as a unified team.
  • Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports on progress.
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Proactively designing solutions and proposing new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Sharing knowledge through training sessions, onboarding, and lunch & learns.
  • Staying informed about market conditions and emerging trends.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Extensive technical recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving drive.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Strategic thinking.
