What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team (technical recruiters and sourcers spanning the US and Europe), offering mentorship, performance guidance, and professional growth opportunities.
- Own end-to-end technical hiring strategy across global engineering and product functions, aligning recruiting initiatives with organizational priorities and ensuring consistent attainment of headcount goals.
- Drive operational excellence and process scalability, implementing best-in-class tools and workflows to improve hiring throughput, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Design, track, and interpret recruiting metrics and KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates, using these insights to optimize recruiting effectiveness and make strategic staffing decisions.
- Lead workforce planning and operational alignment, building forecasting models and headcount plans that align with business growth, engineering roadmaps, and global supply-demand dynamics.
- Partner with senior engineering and business leaders, advising on hiring forecasts, talent trends, and operational resource planning to inform strategic workforce decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, compensation, legal, and onboarding teams to ensure streamlined hiring operations, compliance across regions, and smooth new-hire integration.
- We are looking for this role to be located in the UK, Poland, or on the East Coast in the US.
