GetYourGuide, Berlin HQ, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end tech hiring, shaping a world-class team. You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, PMs and leadership to build airtight processes and leverage AI-powered workflows.

You’ll drive dashboards, nurture a global candidate network, and mentor peers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role offers hybrid work, 30 days remote year, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
• A genuine understanding of technical roles - you can talk shop with engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows whilst maintaining the personal elements (sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting - you've experimented and you have opinions).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
• A solutions-first mindset: you see friction and you fix it; you see a manual process and you automate it.
• A deep customer-first approach - hiring managers and candidates alike feel the difference.

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small.
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively.
• Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and genuine relationship management.
• Obsess over the candidate experience - gather feedback, analyze survey data, and turn insights into tangible process improvements.
• Identify and lead projects that make the TA function smarter and faster - from workflow automation to AI-driven tooling to process redesign.
• Mentor and coach fellow team members, share what's working, and train the team on new tools, technologies, and best practices.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles.
