P3 Logistic Parks group in Frankfurt, Germany, seeks an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. You will manage collection, bookkeeping, and supplier payments while coordinating with external accountants and tax advisors.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with rigorous controls, timely reporting, and process improvements. The position requires excellent German and good English, a hands-on approach, and willingness to support the wider team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy when handling documents and data.
• Strong German language skills and good English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to support the wider team.

Aufgaben

• Collection and preparation of accounting documents for external accountants and tax advisors.
• Recording and reconciling invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions.
• Tracking accounts payables and processing supplier invoices.
• Preparing and tracking Purchase Orders.
• Processing cash transfers and paying invoices.
• Managing incoming mail distribution and vendor setup in the accounting system.
• Adhoc administrative tasks and data room preparation.

• Collection & preparation of accounting documents to be further processed by external accountants and tax advisors.
• Evidence and book-keeping of invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions.
• Tracking of accounts payables.
• Preparation and tracking of Purchase Orders.
• Preparation of cash transfers and payment of Invoices.
• Incoming mail distribution.
• Vendor set-up in accounting system.
• Adhoc administrative tasksand data room preparation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with documents and data.
• Excellent German language skills and very good English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with willingness to support the wider team when needed.
