Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing digital application projects in an agency or service environment
• Strong knowledge of digital and software development projects
• Experience with lean and automated digital process redesign and scaling
• Interest in technical projects and digital trends, UX awareness
• Self-reliant, positive, solution-oriented, hands-on attitude
• Fluent in German; good command of English is a plus
