The Position: As a Senior Technical Project Lead (w/m/d) Product Responsible Person for the systems cobas H232 and Accutrend, you will work at the interface of technology and patient care. You will be responsible for the quality and success of these products and will play a key role in ensuring that our products always meet the highest standards.

You will work in a dynamic environment, planning, coordinating, and evaluating complex systemic projects independently. You will work closely with various stakeholders, and your expertise will be crucial in continuously developing procedures, methods, and processes for existing and new areas of application.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: You will be responsible for independently planning, calculating costs, and estimating the effort required for Life Cycle projects for the systems cobas H232 and Accutrend. You will lead specialist project teams in matrix structures, coach individual project members, and achieve project goals even in challenging environments. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, development costs, production, and quality standards.
• Product Quality Assurance: You will ensure that the quality of the products cobas H232 and Accutrend is always transparent and will initiate corrective actions in case of quality defects. You will actively drive quality-relevant product optimizations based on risk-based assessments.
• Technical Documentation: You will keep the product risk files and product documentation for the products cobas H232 and Accutrend up to date in the technical documentation.
• Budget and Time Management: You will plan, control, and maintain the necessary budget and time required for Life Cycle projects, taking into account quality and time goals.
• Development Tasks: You will be the R&D contact person and expert in resolving quality problems and will lead projects in the technology, product development, and product maintenance environment. You will describe, analyze, and support system requirements and interfaces and develop solutions for system quality problems in interdisciplinary teams. You will also be responsible for creating GMP/IVDR/CLSI-compliant documentation.
• Cooperations and Further Development: You will independently design cooperations with external partners, select them, evaluate them, and set goals and costs. You will also review new market-ready technologies for their potential use and advise and train employees in your field of expertise.

Your Profile:

• A completed technical or scientific degree with a Ph.D. in chemistry, biology, medicine, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the diagnostics field and leadership experience in matrix structures.
• Well-balanced knowledge of agile methods according to SAFe is essential for this position.
• You have very good analytical and strategic skills, are communicative, and convincing in your appearance. You are able to handle complex relationships, are a team player, and have negotiation skills. A high level of system understanding and proven knowledge of agile project management according to SAFe are also important.
• Fluent language skills in German and English are mandatory, as well as solid IT knowledge.
