• Analyzing customer complaints and implementing sustainable improvements with quality management, development, operations, and PLM teams
• Collaborating with customers and regional teams to improve products, warranty services, and processes
• Understanding customer requirements for sensors and IoT portfolio, developing solutions with the global team
