- Own and manage digital products in the areas of web, mobile, loyalty, and e-commerce
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning
- Ensure alignment across business stakeholders and development teams
- Lead technical discussions with software developers and solution architects
- Monitor product performance and define KPIs to drive continuous improvements
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and benchmarking
- Ensure end-to-end product delivery, including UAT, go-live, and post-launch monitoring
- Coordinate with QA teams and ensure proper documentation and release readiness
- Manage dependencies across platforms and ensure scalability and maintainability
- Support change management and training efforts related to product launches

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technical leadership roles
- Experience in airline industry and / or domains like e-commerce, retail, mobile, or loyalty platforms
- Strong technical background and understanding of system integration and product architecture
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus

- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Loyalty, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Familiarity with airline-specific systems and customer touchpoints
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI / CD, and microservices architecture
